Working with main contractor, Allenbuild, project design & construction team to deliver a fully compliant facility for the service provider.
Life cycle surveys & fund assessment
Carry out site visits to survey and assess the condition of engineering building services systems & infrastructure. Inspect planned maintenance regime and operational compliance with legislative requirements. Report on life cycle fund ability to provide acceptable levels of service for the remainder of the concession period. – Working with the project team to deliver a comprehensive report for the complete facilities.
